NEDtalks 2019 In-Person

Ned McWherter Library will host its third annual NEDtalks. This year’s event, NEDtalks Research Forum 2019: Teacher’s Edition, will be held Wednesday, April 17, and Thursday, April 18, from 3 to 5 p.m. in the 2nd floor commons. UofM teachers will share their recent research in short presentations done in the TEDtalks style. Presenters include Dr. Jeremy Orosz (School of Music), Buddhika Priyasad (Mathematical Sciences), Dr. Matthew Smeltzer (School of Public Health), Dr. Francisco Muller Sanchez (Physics & Materials Science), Dr. Daniel Greenwood (School of Health Studies), Dr. Ruoxu Wang (Journalism and Strategic Media), Dr. Michael W. Harris (University Libraries), Dr. Dipankar Dasgupta (Computer Science), and Dr. Sage Graham (English). Refreshments will be provided. The event is free and open to the public.
