I'm a research and instruction librarian with a background in many kinds of writing.

I also taught English Composition for a year in graduate school. I'm familiar with citation practices, notetaking, and organizing information, and can especially help you find and understand scholarly research. 

Please have the following ready:

  • your assignment or topic
  • the research or notes you have already started
  • laptop, if possible
  • questions or frustrations you have encountered
  • your goals for our session
